oscar de la renta
Oscar De La Renta is a very famous fashion designer. He was born in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 18 he moved to Madrid Spain where he fell in love with fashion. hes traveled to many places all over the world and has established many boutiques in places like Greece, Spain, and United Arab Emirates. Here are a couple of his designs the dress in the left hand corner is worth $6,000!!!! They are pieces from his 2010 collection.

I am familiar with Oscar De La Renta, however I didn't know all of this information about him. He is quite an accomplished person! The black dress is amazing... the price just scares me! Sometimes I don't understand fashion, but I know it takes a lot of skill and knowledge. I don't think I could never design a dress, but I really enjoy all the shows on tv.
ReplyDeleteim not that much into fashion as far as looking up the new styles and trends but oscar has a great story and him being an entrepreneur inspires me to never give up on my dreams!
ReplyDeleteWow do I LOVE that black dress!!! I can't imagine spending that much money on a single dress ever, but maybe someday when I will a Grammy or an Oscar...
